Pastors Jim and Cathy have served as missionaries in Honduras since 2012 and also served in the Dominican Republic in 2013.
Pastor Jim serves as a Board Member of the Vida Hospital in Honduras.
Ministerio Vida is a ministry that has been established in the Rivera Hernandez Community to serve the people of San Pedro Sula. Dr. Josue Hernandez serves as the lead doctor along with his wife, Marisela, who is the dentist and Administrator.
In addition to providing excellent medical care to the San Pedro Sula area, Vida conducts;
* Medical brigades throughout Honduras.
* During the brigades, individuals and their families who are not able to visit a healthcare facility are provided free medical and dental exams and medications. Food, clothing and hygiene items are also distributed during the brigades.
* Assistance to feeding facilities
* Visitation to Juvenile Centers
* Medical outreach to families living in Landfill
In addition to serving as missionaries in Honduras, Pastors Jim and Cathy also partner with other churches and ministries within the United States to address the needs of individuals in their local communities. They support other ministry programs by collecting supplies, resources and providing their time through volunteering.
